Commemorative Gifts Terms & Conditions Agreement

1. This agreement commences on the date of the donor signature in the below form.

2. Payment via e-transfer or cheque made payable to Metro Vancouver Regional Parks Foundation.

• Bench: $4,100
• Picnic Table: $4,040

(Both pre-paid, including taxes, and a $2,500 charitable tax receipt.)

3. Metro Vancouver Regional Parks Foundation (MVRP Foundation) will make arrangements for the purchase and installation of the commemorative gift. The Donor and Metro Vancouver Regional Parks agree on the gift location.

4. MVRP Foundation will arrange for the fabrication and installation of the plaque. The Donor and MVRP Foundation agree on the final plaque inscription detail.

5. Metro Vancouver Regional Parks will maintain the gift, and will replace it if destroyed before the end of the term of the agreement. The bench remains the property of Metro Vancouver Regional Parks.

6. At the end of the term, the donation may be renewed with Metro Vancouver Regional Parks Foundation for another term (based on the pricing and terms of the program at that future renewal date).

7. If necessary, Metro Vancouver Regional Parks may temporarily remove the gift for maintenance or, only if necessary, relocate the gift in consultation with the Donor.
